To be a male or female has everything to do with biology. Genetics are who you are, everything including sex. If you don't understand this you need to back away from the keyboard.

Are you saying that a man can go through sexual reassignment surgery, hormone replacement and bingo they are now a female? I say no. The genetics chromosomes says he is still a male.

Androgen insensitivity syndrome. An XY karyotype does not necessarily give someone a male phenotype. So if a woman with AIS gets gender reaasignment surgery, is this person now a male, still a female, or has this person always been a male to begin with?
