Why is it that when I watch a DIY or Cooking show and there is a Gay guy on it as the guest or cook in a competition they really crank the flamboyant dial and act...well...Gay?
I wonder if these gay guys always peg the flamboyant meter in their normal lives and for some reason feel they need to act differently on TV because they are expected to?
nooo! Everything i see on tv is reeeallll!!!they're almost certainly playing it up for the camera. I thought you were supposed to assume that everyone is being a caricature of themselves in those kinds of shows though.
Why can't I watch a football game without some roided out ape flexing after a touchdown? Seems a little overly aggressive to me. I wonder if they're like that in their everyday life.
'Stereotypical' gays appear to be mimicking female affectations. It's a turn-off to me. I like my man because he's a man, without pretense.
This right here. I just find it bizarre that so many gay dudes act like women, basically. Lisping all their S's, emphasis on all their D's, shaking their ass when they walk around, with all their damn fashion sense and nice shoes... you guys know what I mean, right? Don't you? :sneaky: Maybe my close proximity to Chicago's Boystown has tainted me.
I do enjoy that silly, extremely flamboyant Randy on Say Yes to the Dress (my wife forces me).
well i think this thread is just
FABULOUS!!!
