Way worse than my feet have ever smelled. It's like the cumulative effect of... well, being on my feet I guess, but way more intense. I can smell them from all the way up here (my head). It's kind of like if you took all the foot-hours of smelling bad from the last two years and time compressed them into one moment, you'd have my shoes and their smell.

It's not a fecal odor either. Believe me, if it was that bad, I'd go see a doctor or something. I used to have a roommate who must have had some kind of f-d up fungus or something - HIS feet smelled like sh*t. Not like "real bad" smelled like sh*t, but "of feces" smelled like sh*t. Bad enough that when he left his shoes sitting next to the couch, I started looking around for where the dog had crapped in the living room. I don't miss that guy or his shoes AT ALL.

OK if they are white shoes, throw them in the washer with a tad bit of bleach and then get your ass in the shower. When everything is all set and ready load them shoes up with foot powder and put them bad boys on.

I heard of some dude who cured foot stank by pouring vodka over his feet, and wrapping them up paper-mache' style with vodka soaked rags, and kept them on for a few hours. Apparently killed the bacteria or whatever.

Why not? I dont see the negative effects of that except maybe dry skin for a while. If hes got the athletes foot than that might cause some crackling.
