The wonders of photoshop.... zoom in. The teeth in the "after" picture have had some serious cosmetic dentistry, while the "before" teeth have not. Elementary, my dear Watson!
photoshop doesn't create detail. the resolution is there or it isn't, and in this case, it isn't.
it's her. look at the nose, the eyes, the lips, and the bone structure of her cheeks, chin, and forehead. saying it's not her because an overexposed blotch 20 pixels wide looks a little different than something you can actually see is pretty silly. and even if you could see, there's this great thing called braces. they can put them on behind your teeth, and they have clear mouthpiece-style ones now, too. she easily could have had "cosmetic dentistry" without anyone knowing about it. tooth caps work wonders, too.
