Woah - they didn't actually win a lawsuit - they just scared someone into settling. Even so, this is not good news. They are saying that their products do not meet the definition of spyware, but are adware instead. The only problem is that they are the ones providing the definition....

Anway, whether they are spyware or adware or just plain crapware, they are still makers of crappy, irritating, deceptive and evil programs. and will be first against the wall, come the revolution

Anyone want to join in a Class Action lawsuit for Gator stealing out MeGaHurTz? Also to sue for LIBEL in that is said it would "Enhance" browsing the internet.
Im sick of removing that sh!% off of nearly 100 computers here at work. Then again maybe they are right.....Gator isn't Spyware....its absolute Abhorent SH!%!!
