Gathering XP/2000 updates

I've created several unattended install CDs for XP or 2000,
yet I'm struggling with gathering fixes which should be applied post SP.
are you just gathering all post XP SP2 fixes by hand (to be put to unatt. CD)?

It depends on the stituation.

If it is a single user\soho then NO, nothing.

If it is a Multi-User domian\enviroment (i.e. Corporate, Org, Small office, etc)
I would not roll out anything without updating in a TEST LAB first and testing throughly.

SP2 has opened as many holes as it claims to close.
Security UPDATES are proving to be a joke.
