Gateway vs Insignia Monitor

I'm not trying to spend much money on a new monitor so I think I'm going to go with a CRT. Space isn't an issue and I wont really play PC games. The two monitors I'm looking at are the same price at bestbuy $129.99. Heres the Insignia Insignia 19" CRT Monitor and heres the Gateway Gateway 17" Flat-Screen CRT Monitor the only thing I can tell that is the difference is gateway is 17" flatscreen and insignia is 19". The computer that I'll get is a Compaq SR1630NX I'm not to sure if that will make a difference or not. Any help would be great! Sad to say I am on a budget so if anyone knows of a monitor 130-140 I'll take a look at it. Thank you!!
 
Yikes! Good to know but bad for you 🙁 The only thing Im uncertain with the gateway is the "15-pin mini D-sub VGA input". This will be my first computer and what not so I'm not up todate on everything. All I know is my NEC on this compaq works 🙂

Edit: Found out what it is heh something for notebooks eh. meh
