i am using one as i type from another hot deal, this gateway is in fact a logitech, and it works like a charm, picked up 7.

Not as good as free (i.e. Amazon deal), but still a good deal. Thanks! I'm gonna outfit my entire family with optical mice at this rate.
 
All of our new mice are of course platinum and graphite colored, but the service department still uses some of these white ones. The bottom half lights up red I believe, and they work quite well.
