Gateway sent in 6 times for 3 different problems. Does a lemon law apply?

A friend of mine has sent in his Gateway laptop now 6 times ( LCD's, 3 backlights, and the nob demagnitized once to charge the battery according to him). Is there any lemon law that applies to laptopsold in the state of Wisconsin?

Does he have a 450 series, by any chance? 😛

Ah, older school tech. Nothing to say there, normally the 95xx's are pretty reliable. Losing three backlights is definitely something whacked though.

Lemon laws would probably only be 30-day anyhow, and that laptop hasn't been sold for long past that. He's probably SOL I'm afraid. 🙁
