Hey guys,
I am thinking of buying a new laptop soon, as the old one I have is , one, falling apart, and two, underpowered. I am highly intrigued by the Gateway P-7805u for the price of $1,149.99 from Best Buy.. I just find that to be an incredible deal for that type of hardware.

So my questions are as follows:
If you have a P-7805u:
1) How is the real world performance in all types of games and applications?
2) How is the build quality? I don't plan on dropping it ofcourse, but my old laptop had TERRIBLE hinges and it eventually caused the screen's bezel to crack and break.
3) How long have you had it and does it still perform as expected?
4) If you have owned it for a while now, how is the plastic and other components holding up?
If you don't have the P-7805u:
1) What do you recommend for some moderate to heavy gaming, photoshop and flash production, and a decent multi-tasker for under or around $1500?
Thanks for all your help guys... I could not find a collaboration like this using the search function, but if these questions have been asked, please point me in the right direction.
