I made a Thread about me wanting a new Notebook and I went ahead a purchased a Gateway NV5807u but I have questions about the battery charger.
The output is 19V @ 3.42A (65W Stock Charger) However I have seen chargers rated @ 4.7A or 90W
Now my question do I need a 90W charger as I noticed Windows (Vista Home premium until I get my Windows 7 Home Premium "Free" upgrade Disc) says 97% remaining not charging Do I need the 90W charger to have the computer on and charge the battery? or will it charge it if it gets lower then 97%?
Another question why did they use that strange plug for the AC Cord (Damn them! go Figure I have a bunch of the "Standard" IEC ones but I only have one of the "Mickey Mouse" style)
Thanks
