i won't bore the entire board with my complete tale of woes with gateway but if anyone knows of senior people there that i could contact in support or customer service it would be appreciated. my current issue is that the cust support people promised to reimburse me for shipping my unfixed pc back to gateway (second time) and have not done so. i'd like to get in touch with someone who can assist, right now i've been thrown back into the same loop i was in originally. i won't go into the tech support stuff here....
