Gateway 200stm no display after installing driver?

Ok, so I tried to update the driver for this thing, after installing it off of the gateway utility program i rebooted and now I get nothing. The screen is black, I can tell it boots into windows but still nothing on the screen. I can turn it off by holding the power button and then turn it back on and sometimes I get the post screen and then it asks me if I want to start windows normally or safe mode etc, I've tried each one. Nothing seems to work, is there anything I can do about this?

This is a laptop by the way. Thanks!
