Last I heard, the heir to Wal-Mart surpassed Bill Gates as the world's richest man.

The Walton "Family" may surpass bill, but remember that was split among several kids..

Why Buffet is still making billions off stocks, well most importantly he pretty much stayed out of tech stocks seeing how they are all overpriced.

The people behind Wal-Mart.

Not the people behind the TV show.

Or the family of former NBA Superstar Bill Walton.

Or my neighbor the Waltons.

Nor the one's your thinking about.

Yeah, the Walton's together probably have in excess of 40 billion. It's split amongst about 5 of them now, I think.

Originally I think it was $17billion split 5 ways, nows its around $57billion split 5 ways or so.

I remember last year when everyone though Ellison would pass Gates. Fat chance, he lost alot of money. I wonder what the tax will be on his $100million estate when it gets finished...

I just had to come in and see what Jimmy Buffet was doing that he was considered the second richest man in the world. I didn't think he was getting that much residuals from his album sales.

What I meant was when they 5 inherited the money, it was around $17billion. Walton didn't just kick the bucket yesterday and leave $57billion.
