Gas, Residential Non Heat vs. Residential Heat rate.

for some reason i have my 2nd floor registered as RNH

which means I don't use gas for heating that floor... but that's not true, I do... it's always been that way...

should I change it, would it save me money?

yep i looked up the rates and it seems like non heating pays more per unit...

i'm hesitant to call them, but wondering, what is involved when converting the sytem to Res Heating?/
