It's all about function, not looks. Drag is one of the greatest causes of inefficiencies in cars. Therefore, in order to make the car and engine more efficient, you have to decrease drag as much as possible. Looks like you missed the point. If there's a new article proving voter fraud that was recently released, that would be considered new news. If you're posting an article that was published in 2000, that's old news and was probably reposted.
