Gas cheap in Vancouver, WA - $0.969

Driving home form work about half an hour ago I saw the Arco station at 4th Plain and 137th Ave. had regular unleaded for $0.969. Cheapest place out of the dozen other gas stations I saw was 13 cents more. I would have stopped in and got more info but I filled up there two days ago - for $1.119.:frown:

I'm in New Mexico and found many stations about that price about a week ago.

Damn that's really good. Here in Pullman, WA, the cheapest is 1.299

Hot damn! I'll be stoppin by there tomorrow, i need gas! The cheapes i've seen it was at $1.05 at the Arco AM/PM on 99th street in Hazel Dell (vancouver).

Got ya beat, saw it today for .86 at BP in woodbridge VA

Here in Colorado Springs, regular unleaded is 0.969 to 1.099.
A week ago it even went down to 0.919. wow. Didn't think I would see that ever again.

Hey, I don't expect anyone to drive a thousand miles to get gas. It's just a local hot deal I posted for any of the Vancouver USA folks (or Portlanders - it's only about 5 miles from the 205 bridge) that might need to top off.

It is, however, interesting to see the regional price differences we pay for essentially the same product. It's a damn good thing I don't have to pay $50 more for say a motherboard and CPU combo in Portland than I would in the Bay area. Oh, wait, at Fry's that's true.:disgust:

it seems hell has frozen over...gas in CA is less than a dollar. I dont remember the last time it was this low.:Q
