The entire PC movement has become too much of a circus of self-serving crazies, and just the idea that something so silly needs to be explained is embarrassing. If someone else actually wants to discuss it be my guest, but with all due respect, I'll pass.

There is no PC movement other than the one that many people have created in their head.

Again, could you explain to me why you think the criticism of Michelle Obama using the word 'gyped' is invalid? I get the feeling you find it embarrassing because you can't actually answer the question.

...people actually care about that? I think it has to be a mix of the toxic political culture (i.e. Fox News/Republicans vs. MSNBC/Democrats) and the obsession of reality TV. People seem to care more about what goes on in everyone's life except for their own... and except for anything that actually matters. "War, strife and famine in other countries? Pish-posh! Did you hear what the Kardashians did!?"

It's always been that way I'm afraid.
