I gotta hand it to the advertising agency that came up with Gears of War ad. As soon as I saw the commerical I couldn't stop watching. Such a contrast between the audio and video.

I bought this album brand new in 1983. This 83 version is better than the remake because it captures the real meaning of the words.

Although it is good, the remake is too down beat for my taste, but oh well.

It's one of the few that is better than the original. not that the Tears for Fears version is all that bad.

I say it's up there with Stevie Ray Vaughn's cover of "Little Wing."

For some reason I found it touching because it brought back memories, but at the same time was also very fitting for the storyline. God that was a long time ago... I wonder if I still have a copy aorund here somewhere...
