I had seen that when it went viral, but after watching the OP vids, I watched a few of his other videos and interviews, including rewatching the event that went viral.

He put the one lady on full blast alright, but she more than deserved it, and she knew it. If he was 'full of it', she wouldn't have gotten up and walked out. He shamed her hard; she couldn't handle looking like the biggest jackass in the room. I hope she resigned.
