I need to find out if Garlic Powder (and Onion Powder) is nothing more than the main ingredient. I'm wondering if the "powder" is actually some type of wheat flour or food starch to help bind the garlic. Anybody now for sure?
 
I'm sure it has something in there to prevent it from caking together. What that is though, I have no idea and the jars do not disclose.
