Garbled/Corrupt Display on POST

Greetings,

I have been recently having soem issues with my video card. In 3D apps its been randomly artifacting or giving me corrupt display or outright locking up my PC for short peroids of time. Its not a cooling issue, ive checked temps.

Now this morning, it did it one more time then, I think, totally bit the dust.

When I power on my PC the POST display is totally garbled and corrupt. I will be trying a spare video card in it later to check, but I wanted to get peoples opinions here..

What do you all think? Hosed card? Its a eVGA 6600gt pcie. I had already rma'd the same card once before, so maybe theyre just POS'
