I have 5 dogs, and without a fence, two of them have already ran away!

I don't know what to do. The city said they would repair my fence, but that was two days ago. How many dogs are going to run away before the city will fix this? I love my dogs, I love all of them! If only the city would fix my fence! I am helpless! 🙁

Maybe I will call 411 and see what the next step is.

You are supposed to use the chain to keep the dog confined to your property NOT BEAT THE PISS OUT OF THEM! 😛
