Garage track/rail storage systems

Currently remodeling my garage and I'd like to get one of those rails that you mount on the wall and can buy sliding attachments for. There seems to be several out there but was just curious if anyone here had any preferences? The Rubbermade one that Home Depot sells seems to be super nice but it's also pretty expensive. Sears has one I'm eyeballing as well. I think theirs is around $30 for 8' of track and a few hooks. I'm leaning towards that one but wasn't sure how well it held up. I'll probably be hanging around 150 lbs. of equipment on it. I'll be attaching it to studs of course but I still want something that holds up well.

Also, what is a cheap but "nice" option for putting in a ceiling in a garage? Currently, I have the exposed trusses but the loft is pretty large. I use it for storage but there are only loose sheets of OSB up there as a floor. I eventually plan on putting in a better floor and a pull down staircase. But I want to minimize my expenses on the ceiling since this is still an "unfinished" garage that will be used only for parking and working in. It doesn't have to look like a showroom ceiling but I don't want it to look like crap either. And substantial lighting isn't necessary, though I may pop in a couple 4' flourescents over each parking space.

Check overstock.com for garage accessories....I just checked their site and they don't have anything but shelves anymore. Maybe check Amazon.com then...I know they have some overhead storage units that can be used...but if you put a decent attic floor in you'll have plenty of storage for stuff like that. They may be a little more expensive than other places, but they used to have some QVC-like gadgets for organization.

For the garage attic floor, you'll want to get some 3/4" plywood and simply nail it to the trusses. You'll want the extra thickness if you want it to be stable and support storing heavy stuff. The extra thickness will also help keep it from warping. You may want to consider using some decking screws every few feet to help keep it in place. Nails can work their way back out over time.

I have to have the rail/tracking system and not actual storage units on the walls. My intention is for hanging up all my yard tools (rake, shovels, push broom, weedeater, etc. Those tracking systems are great for that stuff but just wasn't sure if there was a good inexpensive one out there.

I definitely plan on reinforcing the floor in the loft but I'm looking for ideas for that ceiling that will be attached under the trusses. I was hoping to avoid sheet rock simply because of the weight and burden of installing it. But I don't want a crappy looking ceiling either. I thought about those lightweight tiles that are hung with wire but I think that would end up being pretty expensive.
