Garage security and rental insurance questions

I will be moving into an apt complex with a detached garage. The garage has a rear door and the main door is of the rollup type, with power door opener. What are the easy break-in points of a garage setup like this? I assume the rear door would be easiest, so what should I do to prevent a break-in? The most expensive things that are stored in there that I will be worried about are my 4-wheeler, dirtbike, and assorted tools. I plan to also lock these down also.

Also, anyone know if renter's insurance will cover offroad vehicles like the ATV and dirtbike? If so, I will get insurance... They're not streetlegal, so I can't get them insured through auto insurance. I just want them covered for theft from my garage.

Is it a solid wood or metal door? If so then put a nice Schlage deadbolt on it and forget about it. The next easiest thing to do would be break the windows, and short of installing plexiglass, I'm not sure what you can do about that. You could also install a wireless alarm system, probably set you back about $250 for that size of area.

there are no windows. I hope the door is solid. How about the main garage door? What are the weak points in those?
