Anyone sold a lot of dvds before? I've got like 250 I'd like to sell, but don't know if ebay would be better or at a garage sale....

Any experience?

Since most will be worth less then shipping, I'd say just smash em all with a hammer.

Craigslist, cash only, meet in parking lot.
Because shipping will be a bitch and then you have to deal with an idiot wanting to test all 250 of them and claiming half of them are scratched then issuing a chargeback.

Moving and realizing that I haven't even watched most of them since I bought them (one month ago to 5 years ago), It's 4 rubbermaid totes that I don't have move cross country.

Sorry guys, no pron. Blockbuster type movies, Spiderman1/2/3, Matrix1/2/3, that sort of thing.

Hell, some aren't even opened...

It's depressing really, I'm only keeping about 30 or so.... mostly movies my wife likes.

As a lot or in groups? What is my best bet? This is a lot of movies..... not everyone is going to want all of these.

I sell computer games sometimes and I often wonder if its even worth the effort to ship them when I end up netting like $7. You can barely buy a sandwich for that.

word, i have an excel list of all the crap i've sold in the past year. sometimes certain items dont net too much, but i am so glad to get things out of my house that it's worth it. plus, you'd be surprised at how all those small things add up over time.
