It doesn't have to be organized although, it isn't beyond the realm of possibility. I was thinking of something along the lines of a flash mob. There are also no end of "assassination " and "spy " games to be found online. My main concern is the atmosphere of dismissal created by professionals who love a theory more than being objective with an individual.

Suffice it to say that evil exists and there are monsters in human form that no amount of understanding, rehabilitation, counseling or, professional help can cure, mediate or, cope. They can only be eradicated not, as punishment but, in defense of what it means to be human.

How exactly do you think flash mobs form? It involves someone posting a call to join the mob.

If that was happening with stalkers, the shit would have leaked. This is the internet, after all.
