Substitute "buzzed on drugs", "under the influence", etc for "drunk" if you wish.


Case A:the girl has sex and is drunk, and the guy is sober, the guy is a rapist.

Case B: the girl has sex and is sober, and she has sex with a guy who is drunk, the girl is the rapist.

But if both of them are drunk, it just defaults to the guy being the rapist? Why? What happened to sexual equality? Don't even try to bring age into it, it is irrelevant as the girl was of age of consent.

case b: incorrect, the guy was drunk, he over-powered the girl and raped her.

case c: correct
"Your honor it is true my client was inebriated however my client told the defendant no. But he was so drunk he didn't stop"

there is a double standard, there is nothing you can do about it.

Bottom line is the law says a woman can not give consent if she is impaired by drugs or booze. case after case after case has shown that even if the guy is the one drunk he still gets in some serious trouble.

What if the guy was on drugs too? Since it's not the girls fault that she was on drugs, why is it the guy's fault that he was on drugs and didn't know what he was doing when he had sex with her?

And unless someone shoved drugs into her mouth, she willingly took drugs. They might have been a different drug than she was expecting, but what the fuck do you expect, it's a rave.

I don't know why you think I'm trolling. Every post I have made in this thread was 100% serious and is what I actually think.

I'm sorry that you feel bad for someone who knowingly took drugs, had sex, cried rape, and now is going to put a guy in jail and get him labeled a sex offender for the rest of his life.
