Gamma Corrected AA + SRGB Calibrated monitor

I was reading some info on AA and it seems gamma AA was introduced because "monitors are not linear in their display of colors and brightness, and the standard, linear way of selecting in-between colors is therefor not ideal." Link

If my monitor is properly calibrated to SRGB should I enable this option?
How about if I pick 2.2 gamma line?

IME you should always enable this setting as it increases the effectiveness of AA.

I always have GCAA on when I have AA on. It's WAY better than regular AA. LISTEN TO THE BFG10K. THE TRUTH THIS ONE SPEAKS.
