I work at a datacenter with one of the best internet connections on the planet. seriously.
we host many business that do gameservers. We don't do them directly, but I can recommend some of our customers.
check out
http://artofwarcentral.com/ which is a pretty big gaming company and they have about 50 high end game servers and good tech support.
Also, there is
http://twebservers.com which is owned by a few guys. Sean Minor at tweb is just about the nicest guy in the world and he really puts in a good effort to make sure things go smooth.
Either way, the servers are hosted in the same datacenter with the same internet gateway so ping times are about as good as it can be.
Gamerail.com is also based out of this datacenter. Check them out too. They have a ping time reducing software client that you can install that routes traffic to the best backbones.
