Here is the Config I have listed below for playing games such as FIFA , COD , BF2 , GTA, NFS and their upcoming sequels.

Proc: i5 3550

motherboard: Asus P8B75 V

RAM: G.Skill RipjawsX 1600 MHz 4 GB x2

PSU: Corsair GS600

GPU: Sapphire HD7950 3 GB Vapour-x

Cabinet: NZXT gamma

Monitor: Dell st2220L 22"

Logitech MK200 KB & mouse combo

HDD : seagate barracuda 2 TB.

Can u suggest an alternative graphic card which may be bit less expensive?

Any other Changes recommended ?

Should I go for i5 3570k ? Does Overclocking require a different MOBO and additional coolers ? how much more would it cost to for i5 3570k For the above Config ?

Hmmm... the use of the word "cabinet" suggests to me that you're from Southeast Asia or the Malaysian area. Can you put up a link to a site you're buying from and a definitive budget? Any advice we give is pretty useless otherwise.

In fact, try to answer all of these questions while you're at it. They're very helpful to us in helping YOU.

Could be India as well. Anyway, I agree wholeheartedly.

If you want to overclock a 3570k you should get a Z77 motherboard IMO. As for the video card, if you want to save a bit you could go with an HD7870 or 7850 and sacrifice some AA and a few image quality settings.

Your parts are generally OK, but I would prefer a better PSU than the GS series. It's hard to say for sure without knowing what pricing is like. Can I assume that USD prices are similar to Newegg?

Prices are Ok...Do I need to get additional Coolers If I wil be OCing GPU ?

not for the gpu, if you want a cheaper gpu, go with a 7870 (xt if you can find one), it should perform generally the same at 1080p (maybe 10 fps lower)
