Vid card:x800xl-$370

Cooling:Zalman CNPS7700 - $60

Case:Antec SLK2650 -$78

PSU:Fortron Blue Storm 500W-$104

Ram:Corsair Value Select 2GB pc3200-$273

Total: $1511 Canadian (my budget is $1600-$1700), so for you americans thats about $1200.

1) Is everything compatible?
2) I am not overclocking right now, hence the 3700+ san diego.
3) Will the PSU fit into the case?
4) Please give a score out of 10.

I'm not sure that's a very good choice of RAM for that MB. I know some people use Corsair VS RAM in their DFI witn no problems, but many others have had issues.
I would suggest OCZ RAm for that MB.
I really like the MB/CPU/VC/PSU. Not a big fan of that case but that is toatally personal preference.
I give it a 8/10.

A sonata II would be significantly cheaper and should be more than enough for your power requirements too...

I'd probably go with a different cooler, perhaps the Scythe shogun or TT Big Typhoon if your budget allows it. Also, I'd MUCH rather have a 4200+ dual core than a single 3700+ in any situation, can you stretch your budget to get one?

Naw, too much, because after taxes and shipping, it will come out to $1680, just inside my budget. The X2 you're suggesting is $300+ more . I would rather wait for X2 to get cheaper.
