I know, that case is out of stock :p I would rather have this system built very soon and I like the SLK2650.

I'm not sure that's a very good choice of RAM for that MB. I know some people use Corsair VS RAM in their DFI witn no problems, but many others have had issues.
I would suggest OCZ RAm for that MB.
I really like the MB/CPU/VC/PSU. Not a big fan of that case but that is toatally personal preference.
I give it a 8/10.

Oh, I see.

A sonata II would be significantly cheaper and should be more than enough for your power requirements too...

I'd probably go with a different cooler, perhaps the Scythe shogun or TT Big Typhoon if your budget allows it. Also, I'd MUCH rather have a 4200+ dual core than a single 3700+ in any situation, can you stretch your budget to get one?

I'd rather be safe than sorry :p So I got a very powerful PSU.

Naw, too much, because after taxes and shipping, it will come out to $1680, just inside my budget. The X2 you're suggesting is $300+ more :(. I would rather wait for X2 to get cheaper.
