Gaming Rig for a friend

Where do you guys recommend I go for a nice gaming rig for a friend/co-worker.

He dosen't build himself (nor does he want to, he's not to savvy), and i vowed 2 years ago never to build for anyone else but myself again...

Wants to spend ~$1500-$2000, but can go higher if needed.

He loves Everquest...

Dell XPS maybe?

i concur with the monarch build. good selection of parts and more customization then a Dell.
