I made a thread a little while ago, but since then I've decided to slim down on my build so I've set up another build.

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.
Gaming mostly WoW, I tend to be doing other things while gaming though (dual monitors)
2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread
950 +-10%

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.
USA
4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc, etc, etc, you get the picture.
I much prefer Nvidia and EVGA
5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.
2x 250 gig drives I use for storage
6. IF YOU have searched and/or read similar threads.
Yes
7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.
I'm hoping to hit 4 ghz with a e8400 by my calculations that'd be 450fsb. Don't know if this is feasible though.
8. WHEN do you plan to build it? Nov 15th

DVD burner LG 22x 25$

HDD WD Black 640gig 85$

GPU EVGA 9800GTX+ 193$ - 20$ rebate

Ram G.Skill DDR900 Cas 4 70

CPU E8400 170$

HSF Sunbeam CCF 40$ - 10$ rebate

Mobo Asus P5Q

PSU Seasonic 600W

Mobo + PSU = 215$ through combo deal (saving 30$)

Windows Vista 64bit OEM 100$

Shipping 18$

total 940$

after rebates 910$ (don't take rebates into account when considering budget).

Wrong link for 9800GTX+ (pasted HDD link again).

I'd suggest the Asus 4850 or this EVGA GTX 260. The 4850 is about equal to the 9800GTX+ at a lower price while the GTX 260 is more powerful for a bit more cost.

You could also look into getting a card from eBay using the Microsoft Live Cashback program to subsidize your cost. I got the GTX 260 in my gaming rig for $168 shipped that way.
