Your build looks pretty good. There are a few changes I'd make though:

- You're not saving much money by going with an AMD processor, and you're losing a lot of gaming performance by doing so. You can get an i5 4430 and GA-B85M-HD3 for only about 91 Lt more.
- The 750W power supply is slightly overkill. A Seasonic S12II 620W is higher quality than the Corsair CX and costs about the same (25 Lt less).

Compare first one with this, does this one has more advantages and is better?

SSD Samsung 840 Pro 256GB SATA3, 540/520MBs, IOPS 100/90K, 7mm
PSU Seasonic S12II-620 620W 80 Plus Bronze retail
Intel Core i5-4430, Quad Core, 3.00GHz (Turbo: 3.20GHz), 6MB, LGA1150, 22nm, 84W, Intel HD 4600, Box
Gigabyte GA-B85M-HD3, B85, DualDDR3-1600, SATA3, HDMI, GBLAN, mATX
DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Low Profile Black 8GB (2x4GB) 1600MHz CL9 1.5V
WD Black 3.5'' 1TB SATA3 7200RPM 64MB
ASUS GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5 256bit 2xDVI DP HDMI
Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl
CPU Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

Looks fine except that I would stick with the 840 Evo you originally had in there. The 840 Pro has better write performance and write endurance, but the 840 Evo isn't exactly slow. Gaming PCs don't see heavy sustained writes (quite the opposite really), so I would save the ~200 Lt.
