Gaming on MBP Without a Mouse?

So I have a 13" MBP that I purchased almost a year ago. I went with the smaller MBP because I wanted something that I could use on my lap and not on a table or desk. As much as I appreciate the quality of the computer and the fantastic track pad, the truth of the matter is gaming with a one button mouse sucks almost more than words can say. Trying to use a mouse isn't a great option because that requires getting a huge lap desk which kind of defeats the purpose. Has anyone found a good solution for gaming with the trackpad or is it a lost cause? I keep looking at the Windows based ultra books and their two mouse buttons and wonder why I stay with the Mac except I can't seem to bring myself to sell it.

You can flip a setting in System Preferences that lets you treat the bottom right half of the pad as a right click if you click the actual button.

Conversely there is also 2 finger tapping for right click. Or getting one of those SUPER tiny mice and using it on the palmrest.
