Gaming on macbook pro.... possible???

Guys can a macbook pro support games with windows in bootloader??
will i get any fps problem?I would want to play all latest games..... and is it future proof?

Yes, it is possible. No, it is not ideal. If your point is to play games in Windows, get a different system that is designed for Windows.

Future Proof is a meaningless term, doubly so when discussing laptops since they are completely un-upgradeable (at least where it counts, CPU and GPU). As someone else has said, the best future-proofing is to just save your money now and buy upgrades later. But you cannot do that with really any laptop.

Possible? Sure. Optimal? No. MBPs aren't designed to be gaming stations first and foremost, not by a long shot.

Any pre-2010 games, you'll be fine. Prepare yourself emotionally for how hot your laptop will get.

My rPro games fine. Civ5, TF2 and Eveonline at 2880*1800 at 30+fps in general. New cooling system makes throttling almost non-existant.
