Gaming on 3 monitors using that Matrox multi display device...is it worth it?

Hi!
I have been thinking about getting 3 x 19" LCD and using the Matrox device to have my 3xLCD gaming rig....anyone there could share his experience with this setup?
Really cool or sort of gimmicky?
