Gaming Notebok - Such thing exists?

alienware costs as much as the toshiba notebook and comes with less stuff. If i select a better model, prices go up as high as 3.3k usd....

i guess i forgot to mention that i only have 2k usd to buy this notebook...
 
Whoa, the first alienware on that page has dual 7900GS for only $1800! That's a pretty good deal. Forget what I said before, you might want to consider that alienware.
edit: That's good if you're an extreme gamer, small hdd, but I'd recommend picking up that alienware with the 512MB of RAM then add your own for much less money. Do you think you can upgrade the memory though?
If I didn't have my current desktop, I would get that laptop. I'm curious what the battery life is like with two video cards though.

If you can replace the RAM and get a larger hard drive, you might go a little over, but that laptop got great reviews. It is wierd that they would put 512mb RAM with 2 video cards. Do you realize the ammount of video memory on that system is the same as the standard memory? lol.
 
A quick upgrade to the Ram and CPU of the Alienware system quickly moved the price to $2700.

Why would you want dual video cards with 512MB system ram and a wimpy CPU? The answer is you wouldn't so properly configured the system is really $2700.
