Gaming Mousepad

Does anyone know the difference between the Func sUrface1030 to the new Func F-Series? Besides the size and the one side (opposed to the double side in the 1030), are there any difference in terms of traction/performance? Or are both the mousepads exactly the same but only difference sizes and only one side? They both cost the same price and I would like to know which one to get.

Thanks

Still using my func 1030 after over 3 years. just paired it w/ a Razer Diamondback. awesome combo, the mouse slides w/ almost no effort.

hmmm....are you guys using mouse skates (teflon tape) on your mouse feets? Does the 1030 wear down quickly (or Does it wear down the mouse feet)

dang i didnt even know people still used mouse pads
So in the way and hot all the time
lets see some links
🙂

Check out their website, www.func.net

There is the 10s and 30r series.
the R is rough and the S is smooth surface.

I just ordered the 11x17 30R series last night and will let you know how it is.

Im sure the F-Series is just as good ( I hope)

Dude,, gaming pad surface makes little difference. Cloth + teflon Feet = best u can get
Just get the Biggest one out there,, Xtrac Ripper XL...

Uh...yeah..sort of what inveterate said. Just go buy a massive cloth pad from an office supply store. Ive used pads like the func..I just don't care for "special gaming pads".

i like my func pad cause when my hand rests on it as opposed to cloth pads it doesn't irritate my skin. Especially if the day is warm and humid.

I really like my funcpad (1030) been using it for 2 years now. It's starting to get a little messed up from all the use + travel.. so i've looked into buying another 😀

Will the func mouse pad work great with the mx1000? My mx1000 seems to somewhat skip up whenever I use it on my desktop but doesn't when I use it on a sheet of white paper. So I'm thinking it's my desktop which has a black marblish type finish.

I have a 1030. If I had to get a new mousepad, I would go for the new F-series. It doesn't come with two surfaces, but I only use the smooth side anyway. Plus, I don't have to deal with the extra rubber nonstick piece that comes with the 1030.
