Gaming Latop

I've been shopping for a gaming laptop. I like what Sager, Alienware, and Widow PC have to offer except the price. Is there any other Companies that sell similar hardware. Clevo doesn't seem to sell to the public or least I couldn't find a site.

Dell XPS M1710.

SLI in a laptop is ridiculous btw, the XPS M1710 with its 7900GTX Go is more than enough and it still can qualify as a laptop and not a space-heater.

Well I stopped by Dell's website and a comparibly configured laptop is about the same price. So guess the questin is, If you were buying the best you can get which manufacturer does everyone prefer.

Well I decided to go with Clevo D900K. Found a barebone for 1879.00 which included a GeForece 7900 GTX 512 memory.

I'm now shopping for CPU probably AMD 64 X2 4800 Dual Core. Can some suggest a good one that will creat the least amount of heat.

Lowest heat = lowest clock speed.

Yeah I know slower is lower... As I stated I'm going with a 4800. But which one Winchester... or?

Aren't all X2 4800's 2x1MB L2? Then the cores are the same performance & power-wise.
