Gaming laptops between 600 to 900$

Looking for a gaming laptop between 600 and 900 don't really care whether its dual core or quad core. Probably going 15.6" since 17+ will likely be more money. A lot of laptops I've seen in this range feature the GT540M is that a good card to get? Are all of them the same as well? (I know nvidia can have like 3 different cards with the same name).

My main games I wish to play are diablo 3, starcraft 2, and WOW. A little bit of skyrim and possibly SWTOR.

I'd prefer ASUS or HP, lenovo if the price is also good. I know acer has usually the best specs for the money but is there build quality as good as hp and asus?
 
If you catch a good coupon, the new HP dv6 with a 650m gt games quite nicely (it is supposedly about the same as the old 560m). I got mine for a little over $1k but there's options you could trim off to get it lower. I would not skimp on the screen though, the 1080p upgrade is awesome.

Lenovo also has their Y580 coming out over the summer, that could be a good one as well.
 
Asus will be dumping some of their old supply once their IB units start rolling out in greater numbers. Watch NE, BB, etc., for sales. Places like Overstock.com too.
