I got the Inspiron 14 7000 and it is a superb machine. Mine does not have discrete graphics but another great thing about it is that you can put 2 drives in it. It comes with a regular 2.5" drive and then it has a slot for an msata ssd. On mine I have the 500gb stock hard drive it comes with and a 256gb Plextor M2M msata SSD. I also upgraded the wifi on mine with the Intel 7260AC card that cost me 30 bucks.

8 GB RAM is plenty. Spend the money on the video card instead.

The priority list for this is: video card, CPU, SSD (for faster level loading), RAM.

I'd suggest a Geforce GTX 850m or 860m at least. The 8xx are a big jump over the 7xx. An 850M is over 20% faster than a 760m.
