All right, I know I could do better with a PC but I choose to go Laptop for the mobility.

Currently Running
CPU - Quad Core AMD Athlon II x4 635, 2900Mhz (14.5 x 200)
Mobo - Biostar N68s3+
RAM - Not sure the brand but i hvae 4 GB
Video card - gigabyte Radeon HD 7850 2gb GDDRR5
HD - Western Digital WD Green WD20EARS 2TB 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5
OS- Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit

What I play but I can not run them at MAX with what I have now.

Diablo 3
World of Warcraft

I know these 2 games don't Require a lot but I do want to play at MAX resolution (1980 x 1080) and not have issues.

I am not sure if this has been answered, I have looked and couldn't find my answer, or benchmark to help me come to a decision.

I was thinking of going with Alienware either 17 or 18 Not sure yet. I know everyone says it's pricey but in my situation, the financing plan is what I am looking for.

Here's what I need to know.

CPU wise Will I see a big difference between the 2 CPU below, I am sure that the i7-

4700MQ is a Large upgrade from my current system.
-4th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-4700MQ processor (6MB Cache, up to 3.4GHz)
and
-4th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-4910MQ processor (Quad Core, 8MB Cache, Overclocked up to 4.1GHz)

Operating System Which is best for Gaming? - I am sure I can find a thread on this here.
I am currently using Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit, my wife has Win 8 installed on her Laptop and I am not a fan, not because of performance but more usage. I just need time to get used to new things lol. If Windows 8 is better, ill just get to reading on how to use it!

RAM - Is the standard 8 gig Dual channel DDR3L 1600MHZ offered good to go or
Should I upgrade to the 16 or 32gig if I go with the Alienware 18

HD - Definately going with SSD

The hard question, Video card. I am trying to find benchmark or comparasion between

Single card - If single is plenty I assume that the GTX 880M is the way to go. Would any of these single card be able to play at Max those 2 games ?
GTX 765M 2gb GDDR5
GTX 860M 2gb GDDR5
GTX 780M 4GB GDDR5
GTX 880M 8gb GDDR5

Dual Card

Dual GTX 765M 2gb GDDR5
Dual GTX 860M 4gb total GDDR5 (2x2gb)
Dual GTX 770M 3gb GDDR5
Dual AMD Radeon R( M290X 8GB (2x4gb) AMD crossfire enable
Dual GTX 780M 4GB GDDR5
Dual GTX 880M 8gb GDDR5 16gb (2x8gb)

Do I really need a Dual card ? Can a Single card do the job with those 2 games they are the only game I ever see myself playing.

Money is not the problem here, I can just get the Alienware 18, Have the best CPU I7-4910 or 4940MX, 32 gb of RAM and the Dual GTX 880M and it will cost me total of 3599$ but if I can save some money for something I really need instead of something I could have ill go for the what I really need. Hope this makes sense.

Moved from GH to SFF/laptops by request of OP

If you are building a laptop, fine, stay here. If you are BUYING a laptop, this is the wrong forum. Truck you and your forum to the Prebuilt section under Cases and Cooling and above Networking .

No I can't play wow at max the settings are good if I go beyond that it sucks.. Sometime in Raid I can't barely move. The lag is not as bad in D3 :( And I don;'t even play at 1920 x 1080 :(
