No coupon needed at Newegg / probably others too
The Acer VN7-592G is now selling for $850:
- I7-6700HQ Skylake
- 1x8GB DDR4 RAM
- 1080p IPS display (LG LP156WF6-SPB1)
- 5.07lbs/2.3kg
- GTX 960M 4GB
Throttling is minor an almost non existent in gaming, noise isn't great under load, the display is good but not necessarily great, chassis doesn't get too hit, Thunderbolt 3 USB Type-C w/ USB 3.1 gen2, M.2 PCIe slot, keyboard is good, speakers are above average
$850 is pretty good for this laptop, because it doesn't suck too much compared to the others. The Dell 7559 is good too, for a lower price, but keyboard isn't as good, no TB3, display isn't is good in terms of color (but maybe contrast is higher), but thermals and battery running times are better
