Great choice. For me I'd have to say the X6 and X4 beats out any mechanical keyboard out there that I've had / have (Noppoo, Filco, Leopold, Topre, Razer, etc) for gaming from the viewpoint of a compromise between gaming features, key feel in *actual use* (i.e. not when pressing each key down slowly) and ergonomics.

I'd ideally like to see the X6 updated to have the same NRKO features as the X4 - but the reason I choose the X6 on my primary PC's is that I love the swappable numpad (and it's a more stable solution than a Filco/etc add-on pad).

I use the Microsoft 'ergonomic natural' keyboards with the split keyboard, and really like it. It feels less 'squished' to type on easier on the wrist.

Just took my second lycosa back to the store (both developed touchpad faults) I am now the proud owner of a corsair K90 KB and I couldn't be happier with it. 😀
