Gaming for Windows Live question

I have an account I made a year or two ago to play Dawn of War 2 on GfWL, and apparently associated the game code with a Steam account that isn't my current one, and one I don't remember. I know what the account name is, and I used it to play Batman: Arkham Asylum recently.

My question is, is how do I find out what email is associated with my GfWL account, because for me to reuse the game code for DoW2 on my current Steam account I have to know that email. With the email, Steam will let me recover the cd key. Anyone got any ideas? I've searched through the settings in the GfWL menu while running Batman:AA but I've come up dry.

I'm not really sure what the problem is here. Your Game for Windows Live user id is normally (always?) your e-mail address. You should see it everytime when you log into play Batman: Arkham Asylum.

Otherwise you should be able to see it by pressing the Home key, selecting the button with your gamer tag and profile picture, and choosing Account Management. That'll start an external browser, and you might need to log in again. Select Contact Prefrerences on that page to see your e-mail address.

Ahh, see, I was never asked for an email address. I logged in using a user name. I also was directed to the external browser and that's when I figured out I didn't know the email I used. Which apparently is also Hotmail or Live related, I don't know anymore.
