Looking to Upgrade my current Setup. Currently have a Dual Core. with a 4550 HD card crappy and not cutting ti atm

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.

Gaming World of Warcraft maybe SC2

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread

Would Like to Be under 1000$

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.

Canada

4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc.

No Preference. Never had Intel not sure if i should go that route.

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.

i have 2 x HDD 500 gig maybe use one of them and buy a SSD. Also I have a Sonata 3 with a 550 Earthwatt in it.. maybe keep the case and Upgrade the PSU, DVD-RW I wil keep
6. IF YOU have searched and/or read similar threads.

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.

I would love to have the Option as i will Get back on reading this forum and read on OC stuff so getting a Mobo,CPU, RAM that would get a bang for my buck and being able to OC would be kick ass

8. What resolution YOU plan on gaming with.
it's a Must i will be buying as i need a new TV am assuming it will be just fine playing WOW ?

July 10th well in that weekend.

All Input is Welcome even if a bit over price it would be Awesome
the Main parts am Looking Tips on are Video card, Ram, CPU and Mother Board and will 550W PSU Handle it..

Your Sonata and PSU should be fine as long as you don't OC too much. You should be fine with your HDDs (if they are fairly new).

Don't know Canadian prices, but $1000 for the items you have listed will buy you a VERY nice setup:
i5 750 $200
4GB Ripjaws $110
GA-P55A-UD3 $140
5850 $305
X25-M $225

That comes out to $980 USD, so but if Canadian prices are too much higher you can always drop the SSD.

SSD : looks like it's a little cheaper canadian! :) http://pccyber.com/?v=Product&i=SSD-IN-SSDSA2MH080G2C1

MoBo : This is the only one i could fine close to what you said, http://pccyber.com/?v=Product&i=MB-GA-P55A-UD4P i assume this is just a upgrade from the one you showed me?

Ram that is exactly what i was going to be getting.

What about AMD anything match this Intel Setup ? AMD is a bit cheaper but i assume the OC is Better on the Intel atm ?

Here's the UD3 on your site, look at the "Manufacturer Id". The UD4P is a good board as well, but if you don't need/want the bells and whistles its a bit of a waste.

As for AMD, you can build a 1055T system for pretty much the same price (maybe $30 or so cheaper on the mobo). I've heard that people have gotten those up to 4GHz fairly easily. As always, your mileage may vary on overclocks.
