Vismis, all though great to ask for help with a first time build, one small problem, everyone has their own preferences with hardware, but overall at times you will find the differences slight.
But none the least, what you really need to do at this point in time is to figure out these differences, CPU, motherboards, memory, video & soundcard, PSU, hardrive, etc...
Then once you have a better grasp at the parts, then you can begin piecing togther.
The smartest solution is understanding the technology, what you're looking for, expect out of it, and how fast it changes, and buying the best bang for the buck, unless money is no object, and having a rig that will move you along for sometime before becoming outdated.
Because 8-12 months down the road if some killer, latest generation games comes along that your hardware doesn't support well because it's becoming slightly outdated, or play it with the best in eye candy all at max settings the way you like it, that $2000 spend is going to be somewhat disappointing
Good Luck
