gaming comp help on wut to build

I want to build a comp its gonna be used for gamming and vid editing. I want to get a A8N0sli and a 3200 winchester. i need help on the rest to get i am gonna get a aspire case and antec PSU. i dont know wut else i should get vid card and mem wise. i Dont want to get everyhting right now jus to get started then I am goning to upgrade slowly. What should i get to get it going? BTW my buget is 1000 to start

You have two of almost every part in there, so i don't know which you are referring to.

For vid card, the 6600gt's are probably the best for the money, but if you can afford it the 6800gt's are much nicer. For ram, any value ram should be fine, the A64's aren't affected much by expensive ram as opposed to value ram.
